My name is Marbeth and I am the CEO and Chef of Dinner with Marbeth. I grew up in Lynchburg, SC watching my mother and grandmother cook and I fell in love with the art, the smell, and the taste of food as well as the memories that are birthed around families at the dinner table. 

My journey began when I became a certified Chef at the Sumter Career and Technology Center in Sumter, South Carolina under Chef Miles Huff whom is now the Dean of the Culinary Institute of the South in Charleston, South Carolina. I’ve trained with Executive Chef, Levance McGiver, for 3 years in a fine dining setting. I am also, ServSafe Certified and studied Dietary Management at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina. I’m a graduate of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado. Working many years in the hospitality field, I have had the privilege to serve in many different types of arenas from fast food to 5-Star restaurants.

“Dinner with Marbeth” was birth out of a vision to cook with love, treating food with respect. I provide gourmet Vegan, Southern, and Keto meals for individuals, families, and businesses that desire “A Personalized Fine Dining Experience”.
